I have been buying books from BWB for several years, and have never had any problems. The books so far have been in excellent shape, even though they might have been called “fair.” The prices are fantastic, the crew is kind, shipping free—who else does that tese days? It’s great that reading used books saves trees, and buying here aids world wide literacy. What more could anyone want? I’m surprised by Nancy’s comments, and wonder if it might be because she made some kind of error.

I live in Pakistan and I often buy books online, but I can say that Better World Books is the best site on the network, especially for international orders, the shipping fee is very low and prices for used books are very reasonable..

This website is fantastic. They do not have time to answer, but they are the best. Their books is very cheap and their shipping expenses are… fantastically human! This BY FAR the worst company I have ever dealt with on the internet. VERY non-responsive. I sent FOUR e-mails. No response. Paid for guaranteed next day shipping. Three days later, no book. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
