I have been having trouble with book shipments coming in plastic envelopes and the books being damaged. I would rather the books come in cardboard sleeves or boxes at least I could recycle those, even in Alabama! There is less damage from those, and we used to get our books shipped that way in the past. Yes, I am getting a refund, but I would rather have the undamaged book. Most of the time I am buying used and there is not a replacement in stock. I made an order today, and tried to ask on chat to have them not shipped in plastic. She said she had no control over the shipping, but that it was coming. Personally, I can't wait. Thank you for your time!
