Southern novelist Karen White’s first book for NAL, The Color of Light, was named one of the Top Ten Summer Reads by Atlanta Magazine, became a Southeast Bookseller Association best seller, and was honored with awards and nominations from writers’ organizations in her home state, Georgia, and as far afield as Wisconsin and Colorado.
