Sandvoort was the winner of a LEAP Grant in 2013, intending to build the first ever school library in Sandvoort Village for local students to use. Applications are still open for this year’s LEAP Grants, so if you represent a library or nonprofit with an idea to have literacy impact in your community, be sure to apply by April 4th.
