Kids in St. Joseph County, IN were treated to an evening of giving earlier this month as part of “Christmas with Cops,” a yearly event that included dinner, a visit with Santa, and a full lights-and-sirens ride with the St. Joseph County Police Department.

The children were picked up at the local YMCA and headed to Burger King for a free burger and Christmas cookies, as well as a toy from Santa. They then got a gift card to go shopping at Meijer “where each child was able to pick out things that they needed, including gifts for their loved ones.”
Better World Books was fortunate enough to participate as well, donating 3 books to each child at the end of the night.
