LAC Library Services Receive Books

The Latin America & the Caribbean Library Services (LAC Library Services) received French books Spanish children’s books from Better World Books. The books will be used at seven new Haitian refugee schools in the Dominican Republic and 15 elementary schools in Haiti. The LAC Library Services has been raising funds to translate discussion guides to place inside of each book so the books can be easily used in classrooms. A local university student, Heather, volunteered to help write the discussion guides.
