This update applies to all Clients that use the Client Portal to schedule UPS pickups in the United States.
Better World Books incurs a surcharge for every UPS pickup scheduled via the Client Portal and thousands of UPS shipments are scheduled through the Client Portal each month.
Therefore, scheduling a UPS pickup in the United States through the Client Portal is only necessary if your facility does not have routine UPS service or your UPS driver is unable to accommodate your shipment quantity.
